Bill MANSKE | President
Bill Manske is a compassionate leader and the founder behind Making a Difference Outdoors, a non profit dedicated to creating meaningful and transformative experiences for children facing illness or disability. Bill has channeled his passion for the outdoors into a mission-driven initiative that goes beyond the ordinary.
With a heart for making a positive impact, Bill has provided a special hunting experience for children facing health challenges. His vision for Making a Difference Outdoors is grounded in the belief that nature has the power to heal and uplift, and he has dedicated himself to ensuring that every child, regardless of their circumstances, has the opportunity to partake in a memorable outdoor adventure.
Bills journey is a testament to the life-changing potential of combining outdoors experiences with compassion and purpose. Through Making a Difference Outdoors, he is not only refining the lives of individual children but also leaving a lasting mark on the community by changing what is possible when the power of the outdoors is utilized for the greater good.

Annalise MANSKE | Vice President
AnnaLise is the Secretary of Making a Difference Outdoors. She graduated from Grand View University with a degree in Mass Communications and Photography.
AnnaLise has always had a passion for philanthropy and a strong commitment to making a positive change in the world. Her trips to places like Africa have shaped her perspective on service, dedication, and a desire to contribute to improve children’s lives.
Her love for people is a testament to her heartfelt belief in the power of empathy, service, and the profound impact that individuals can have when united by a common goal of making the world a better place.

DEBORAH MANSKE | Secretary
Deb Manske, the Vice President of Making a Difference Outdoors, brings a wealth of experience and a heartfelt commitment to the organization’s mission.
With a career spanning 31 years as an elementary and special education teacher, Deb has dedicated her life to nurturing young minds and making a positive impact to every child she comes to know.
In addition to her professional achievements, Deb is a devoted mother to Joshua and AnnaLise. Their shared commitment to the organization extends beyond family ties, as both Joshua and AnnaLise are actively involved on the board.
Debs dual roles as a seasoned educator and devoted mother depict a life dedicated to the betterment of others. Her influence is a driving force behind the nonprofits success in making a lifelong difference in the lives of those it serves.

JOSH MANSKE | TREASURER
Joshua Manske serves as treasurer of Making a Difference Outdoors. He grew up in Algona, IA. Graduated with a degree in History from Grand View University. After college, Josh played professional golf around the globe. He currently serves on the board of the Iowa and National Farmers union advocating for Family farmers as well as farming himself.
Josh says "There is nothing better than giving back. Making a Difference Outdoors does just that. I am very proud to be a part of such a special organization."

Jim Callahan | BOARD MEMBER
Jim Callahan is a Northwest Iowa native and currently resides in Sioux City, IA. Jim grew up with a passion centered around baseball and the outdoors and played 4 years of collegiate baseball having traveled all over the country before settling back down in Iowa. Jim is currently Vice President of Business Banking at Midstates Bank, NA located in Sergeant Bluff, IA. Jim, father Tim Callahan and brother Mike Callahan have been involved with “The Making A Difference Outdoors” team for several years now and have enjoyed the relationships established with the children and their families. Jim enjoys the conversations, memories and camaraderie of the outdoors which is all made possible through God’s overwhelming love and grace.

ERIC KLINE | BOARD MEMBER
Eric Kline entered the Air Force in 2004 as a graduate of the Air Force ROTC program at Iowa State University. Eric was a Special Agent with the Office of Special Investigations. He was assigned to Hurlburt Field, Florida Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii Kabul Afghanistan and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Eric was injured on deployment and subsequently medically retired. Eric founded Trophy Bucks of Iowa and Kline Outdoors. Eric currently lives in Clarinda, Iowa with his wife Kelly and four children.

TY GREEN | BOARD MEMBER
Ty Green lives in southwest Iowa. He has five kids and two grandchildren. He is a critical care paramedic and loves helping people. Ty and his family enjoy the outdoors and utilizing everything God has blessed them with. He loves introducing new people to the outdoors!
